L’album contiene dieci brani e il titolo è ispirato al libro per bambini scritto e illustrato dallo stesso Stevens in cui Teaser e il suo gatto vogliono riportare al suo posto nel cielo la Luna, caduta sulla Terra.
Teaser and the firecat” è un bel disco. Ha ritmo, fascino, melodia e dei testi intriganti e divertenti: ad esprimersi è proprio la vita, ed è una profonda gioia di vivere che risplende in ballate acustiche luminose e melodiche alternate a brani più energici e mossi.
Ottimo album.
